RDM Network Scanner – Getting started

Before connecting to your payment application:

  • Select your RDM network scanner below
  • Select “Check for Firmware Updates” and follow the prompts.

IMPORTANT: Most scanner connection issues are software related. Your first point of contact should be your financial institution or remote deposit service provider.
